Adult Basketball

The Town of Apex holds Adult Basketball leagues during the Spring and Winter, and a 35+ league in the Summer. Games are held at Salem Middle School (winter & spring leagues) and the John M. Brown Community Center (summer league).

Spring & Winter Adult Basketball

This program is team registration only. If you would like to play, but do not have a team, email Kyle Talley to be added to the free agent's list. Teams must register for either the A or B division. A Division games will be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays and B Division games will be played on Mondays and Wednesdays. There is an 8 team maximum in each division. The A Division is for more skilled teams. All teams must qualify for membership in the league through the priority point system as established by APRCR. Teams accepted into the league will be notified accordingly to make full payment of all team registration fees and Nonresident fees. The department reserves the right to place teams in either division once a determination has been made concerning the strength of the submitted roster.

Cost

• $550 per team

Winter 2026-2027 Registration Details

Registration Open: Monday, November 2 
Registration Deadline: Thursday, November 19
League play will start in December and will end late February. Players must be 17 years old by December 7, 2026. 
All players must complete the electronic player registration form

Spring 2026 Registration Details

Registration Open: Monday, February 2, 2026
Registration Deadline: Thursday, February 26, 2026
League play will start in mid March and will end in June. Players must be 17 years old by March 23, 2026.
