For over a decade, the town has partnered with a local vendor to print and mail our utility bills. This vendor closed their business on May 9th without notice - it was an unexpected event for Apex and for other neighboring towns who use the same vendor.
Town staff immediately began working to identify another vendor, and is close to finalizing a contract for future bill print and mailing services.
For this reason, all customers will experience a delay in receiving their May printed utility bills. Bills are still being generated normally, and can be accessed by:
- Logging into the eSuite portal
- Visiting Town Hall during regular business hours
- Calling the Ask Apex team at (919) 249-3311 during regular business hours
