Apply for a Permit
If you would like to apply to be a transient or mobile food vendor, solicitor, peddler, or park concessions please follow these steps.

- Read the applicable information sheet:
- You must pay the applicable, non-refundable fee at the Town Hall Finance Office located at 73 Hunter Street, on the 1st floor before you can submit your electronic application.

- Applicable Mobile Food Vendors (any food unity using propane) must submit to a fire inspection, which will be completed by the Town of Apex Fire Marshal. There is not cost for the inspection and appointments can be made by contacting the Fire Marshal's office at 919-362-4001. You must bring a copy of the APD Food Vendor Fire Inspection form with you to your inspection:
- You may access a hard copy of the application below and drop it off at or mail it to the Apex Police Department c/o Records along with all the required supporting documentation at 205 Saunders Street, Apex NC 27502
