Yes, the Town of Apex has a leak adjustment policy to help customer with major leaks. A copy of your plumber's bill showing proof that repairs have been made should be submitted to the Utilities and Finance Department at:

The Town will adjust up to 2 month’s billing for leaks that are more than 50% of the customer’s average water bill. Adjustments are applied as credits to the utility account.
