Michael Weitzman, Bob Dunham, & John Parsons Art Exhibit

Opening Reception: Friday, January 12, 6-8pm  FREE
Show Runs: January 12 - February 11

Michael Weitzman will feature photographic images of landscapes, flowers, and other nature-many on canvas and metal-from all over the world. Peer in on Monet’s Water Garden in France, Banff National Park in Canada, North Carolina’s own Outer Banks and the Sarah P. Duke Gardens in Durham. Several pieces have been purchased by Duke Hospital for their permanent collection.

Bob Dunham’s photographic snapshots show new perspective on familiar surroundings. One of them takes us to Washington, DC, and a bed of pansies blanketed under fallen Gingko leaves on a November afternoon. Dunham has been published in Shutterbug Magazine. This marks his first solo exhibition.

John Parsons draws life into his oils in crisp color and vibrant light. See how sensitively he portrays intricate subjects such as animals, children, and architecture. He began painting about two years ago, and he makes his exhibition debut in downtown Apex at the Halle.
