Purpose

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a program created by the town to assist Apex utility customers who cannot afford to pay their utility bill.

Contributions

Anyone can contribute to the fund. Contributions can be added to your monthly utility bill or can be made on a 1-time basis. To contribute, complete the online contribution form, or download and mail the paper contribution form and mail with your utility bill or bring to Town Hall.

Contributions to Neighbors Helping Neighbors are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Get Assistance

Only Apex utilities customers are eligible for assistance from Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Western Wake Crisis Ministry (WWCM) administers the program. WWCM is a nonprofit organization that has served Apex and surrounding areas since 1983.
