NC Japan Fall Festival

Saturday, October 1, 12pm-5pm

Apex Town Campus
73 Hunter Street, Apex

Organized by Nippon Club of the Triangle

The NC Japan Festival, organized by the Nippon Club of the Triangle, and co-sponsored by the Town of Apex, returns this year and will be held in Apex, NC, on Saturday, October 1, 2022.  A spacious, outdoor venue with an indoor/outdoor Community Market where everyone can all celebrate in comfort and enjoy delicious authentic Japanese food, unique crafts and goods, traditional cultural displays and activities, and lots of exciting music, dancing and other Japanese entertainment.

The annual NC Japan Festival is an event held each year by the Nippon Club of the Triangle for the past 15 years (excepting 2020 and 2021). The event is for sharing Japanese culture (food, drink, music, dancing, arts, goods, etc.) with the Triangle community. In 2017, 2018, and 2019 the event was held indoors at the NC State fairgrounds Expo Center (50,000 square feet) and attracted 6,500-7,000 attendees and volunteers.

What does this festival include?

  • FOOD! Professional food vendors to supplement traditional favorites offered by the Nippon Club and to ensure there is enough for everyone.  Better line control, including an express line for cash sales.  No outside food or drinks are permitted.
  • A larger Community Market with more vendors and exhibitors.
  • And cooler outdoor weather in the fall on more spacious grounds with plenty of free parking.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
